Bilingual Account Officer Jobs

Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills

Minimum 7 years experience in a Software or Managed Services sales environment

Promote and present CyberClan’s core offerings and partnerships to potential clients through a consultative sales approach

Manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for revenue within the region

Experienced hunter with lead generation, business development focus, and a demonstrable history of exceeding sales quota (in excess of 6M USD)

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, relationship selling, and negotiating)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Working with families to resolve issues and provide support

Finding suitable arrangements to resolve cases

Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary

Manage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable

Promote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners

Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established threshold

Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing

1-2 years of sales or retention experience

Proven track record in sales, customer service, account management, or business development 3+ years

Success in relationship management, exceeding sales targets, particularly with clients from large organizations.

Proven Organizational and time management skills

Distribute tasks and conducts workflow management as dictated by departmental volumes and activity

Set up, advance and administer new loan business, process related financial transactions for Personal Lenders and Account Managers

Resolve conflicts where possible or refer to Business and Specialized Lending Manager

Maintain accurate records to meet both compliance and audit requirements

Meet and exceed defined service levels agreements and engage Manager if SLA’s are not met
