Collaborate with our product knowledge team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and technical capabilities of our programs

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Monitor alerts for new RFPs and manage vendor registrations, requests for vendor packets, etc.

Exceptional persuasive and technical writing skills

Ability to manage cross-functional projects, keeping teams on task and accountable to deadlines in a positive and motivating way

Experience with Loopio (or other RFP software) and Salesforce are considered a very strong asset

Assist with the maintenance of client and opportunity database, registers, and internal business development documentation within our client relationship management system.

Contribute to the identification, development and publication of proposals, tenders and other written documentation requiring professional writing and editing skills.

1 - 3 years of experience providing proposal or project coordination/administrative support. Experience within a professional services firm is a bonus.

Conduct detailed scans of specified websites to identify potential opportunities in alignment with core service areas.

Assist in the preparation and submission of quality tender and expression of interest documentation.

Assist with internal communications and meetings (e.g., schedule, attend and collect meeting notes, and distribute action item lists).

o Knowledge of (W)ECDIS, AIS, Integrated Navigation Systems, architectures and components

o Knowledge of IMO and/or NATO rules for WECDIS, IBS, AIS, standards for Integrated Navigation System

o Knowledge of typical naval maritime customer base – including Integrators, Shipyards, Government Agencies, Navies
