Formal education in software development or equivalent work experience;

2+ years experience with C#;

Experience with JavaScript, WPF, Entity Framework, unit testing will all be considered an asset;

Knowledge of Network Management & API concepts and protocols such as NETCONF, YANG, OpenFlow, SNMP, REST, XMPP, JMS,

Based on customer requirements, provide enhancements and feedback to R&D and work with customers (internal/remotely/onsite) during requirements gathering and project deployments

Collaborate with various stakeholders (R&D, team members, customers) to optimize solutions and clarify software requirements

Experience working on large-scale software projects

Knowledge of Software Defined Networking & Network Function Virtualization concepts

Knowledge of software development life cycle in an agile, waterfall, or DevOps environment

Experience with test and issue management tools using the Atlassian tools suite.

Minimum of 3 years “hands-on” experience in either software development or software testing.

Working knowledge of software quality and testing methodologies.

Relevant experience of test automation using Selenium WebDriver.

Experience with testing API’s such as RESTful, SOAP etc.

Experience using AWS and docker, creating and using Continuous Integration processes.

Acting as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business partners

Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and AMPscript (or equivalent) for responsive CloudPage and Email building

Knowledge of Synchronized Data Sources in Contact Builder

Working knowledge of data extensions, and import/export functionality in Contact Builder and Email Studio

Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platforms

Knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle

Experience in planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts at the specified experience level

Knowledge of structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

Experience executing functional tests, non-functional tests and systems level integration tests

Experience supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities
