Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Lead Mandatory Skills:

Identify potential quality issues according to defined processes and escalate them as necessary, while guiding the resolution and prevention strategies.

Verify all changes and ensure effective resolution of reported issues, maintaining an environment of continuous improvement.

Identify service quality issues, opportunities, and constraints, guiding the team towards optimal solutions.

Validate and analyze all reported issues before seeking resolution, ensuring accurate issue tracking and efficient problem-solving.

Experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking.

7+ years of experience in QA and/or Development.

2+ years of experience in quality tools.

Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing.

Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.

Ability to clearly write technical specifications and strong estimating and planning skills.

Build the Corporate Finance QA pillar

Ensure business requirements, solution, are understood well and test cases/strategy defined to minimize production defects

Be hands-on with other applications within Corporate Finance Systems such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPM, Vertex O Series

Oversee all testing (both manual & automation) and validation responsibilities, which include estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities

Drive test automation efforts for Finance Systems Platform

• Translate functional and technical requirements into test scenarios and test cases

• Ensure that all functional requirements are met

• 3+ years of experience of quality assurance and software testing

• Build UAT scripts and facilitate UAT with business SMEs

• Execute test plans and test scripts; maintain test case library

• Assist in the implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
