Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets

Minimum of 1 year of retail store management experience required.

Leads the effort to greet and offer assistance to every customer; provides real-time coaching to associates.

Leads merchandising execution, filling in based on sell-through and collaborating with the Store Manager on new arrival merchandising decisions.

Assists with business analysis and planning; conveys opportunities and customer feedback to the Store Manager.

Maximizes occupancy and average rate through participation in the budget, outlook and yield management.

Participating in recruitment, training, development, and Performance Management of Front Office colleagues as required.

Strong aptitude for technology and previous experience with similar hotel & restaurant applications a requirement.

Guides and manages the overall hotel operations during the night period.

Oversees group business, including review of room status and blocking of rooms, convention agendas and special requirements.

Assists in scheduling staff in accordance with productivity levels and recognizing the need periods and customer service requirements.

As an Assistant Bakery Manager at COBS you will:

Actively solicit feedback from Store Management and Store Operations teams providing direction to foster continuous improvement

Key contacts Internal: Store Management Team, Store Support Functions and Store Associates

Manage headquarter graphic designer’s timelines, directives, production process, outside vendors and aligning all designs based on GHQ

Manage all weekly, monthly styling working with layout team and utilizing GHQ concepts based on monthly layout

Manage and create concepts for all window styling based on GHQ direction

2+ years of leadership experience in visual merchandising with fashion forward apparel retailer

Previous meat department experience an asset but not required.

Experience meat cutting is required.

Must be able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Cut, trim, and otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish for sale.

Grind meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
