Removing any debris and/or hazardous objects/materials and garbage on the property
Adhering to the procedure and application of hand sanitizer and refilling as needed
1.0 Maintenance Worker 1 - Indefinite Term

Demonstrated knowledge or experience in drywall, painting, and carpentry required.
Two (2) years of experience in assisting with trades related maintenance work in institutional buildings required.
Completion of a grounds-keeping or landscaping course is preferred, with one (1) year of experience in grounds maintenance required.
Demonstrated knowledge of WHMIS guidelines and interpretation of MSDS sheets required. Adheres to safety principles.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills required.
Experience With HIPPO Preventative Maintenance Program Preferred.
