Discuss with different business leaders and find the requirements for the solution and its priorities.

Help program managers, when needed, to evolve their existing solutions.

Minimum experience of 3 years leading teams.

At least 2 years of experience designing enterprise architectures, including integrating databases, SaaS, APIs, authentication & authorization, and similar technologies.

Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to engage comfortably with people from all levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

High proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (preferred), Trello, Asana, or similar

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders by providing regular status updates and reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

5+ Years of experience in a similar role within the tech space

Experience working with multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities within the SaaS space

Have experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels cross functionally (Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Experience)

3+ years of experience as a Software Developer

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to students

Teaching experience to undergraduate or graduate students

Understanding either of Python is a must, and one must be able to learn new languages quickly

Should be able to write code cleanly and debug issues in code

Should be exceptional at DSA and problem-solving. Should be able to train students for ICPC

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence or any other project management tools and techniques

Experience directly in technology, coursework, or certifications

Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

You manage, resolve, or escalate all incoming general security support requests, and create plans for improving operational efficiency

1 - 2 years of experience with SaaS deployment or software integrations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3+ years experience in project/program management of Security, Network or IT technology solutions

- 3+ years of experience in a Compliance/Security Analyst role
