Excellent knowledge of testing methodology

Certification such as HACCP, SQF Practioner, PCQI certificate is an asset.

Prior experience in food quality assurance or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Perform calibration and maintenance of pH meters and other testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging quality management practices.

Relevant certifications in quality management or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.

Provide guidance and support in the identification, documentation, and management of project risks and issues related to quality.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in using quality management software and tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Validate product and process design and assembly at the geometric level of the scope entrusted (Quality Assurance Fixtures management).

High level presentations will require applicant with Excel, PowerPoint & good to great communication skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.

Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual.

Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up.

Knowledge of metrology principles and understanding of Statistical analysis and process control.

• Responsible for quality convergence, deploying quality management tools for the qualification of incoming parts and assemblies.

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensures root cause analysis and manages change requests to guarantee 100% quality at launch.

Responsible for proofreading report content for accuracy, and consistent style, tone and diction, makes corrections as necessary.

Reviews reports to ensure grammatical and/or stylistic standards are met, are consistent and correct, updates as necessary.

Reviews narrative content to ensure consistency with data categorization, highlights and flags inconsistencies.

Knowledge and experience with existing requirements management, test plan design, bug tracking, ticketing, and Agile project management systems

Knowledge of project management methodologies, specifically Agile SCRUM

University degree or College diploma with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or related discipline

Test Automation knowledge and skills

Use existing ticketing systems to manage ticket status and tracking

Clearly communicate and document all business decisions, requirements, workflows, and other needed project documentation
