Qualifications: (experience needed and education)

Minimum 1 years of experience in aerospace painting

Trade certification in painting an asset

Certification professionnelle en peinture, un atout

Aircraft surface preparation including aircraft masking, sanding & cleaning

Correction of imperfections on the aircraft body

Champion quality management process definition, implementation, and improvement activities.

Planning and management of supplier assessment/selection programs.

Provide reporting and assessment to the Management team regarding Quality Management.

A minimum of 5 years in a quality management role in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Robust knowledge and awareness of certification planning and execution within the aerospace regulation domain.

Self-motivated to develop and maintain skill set and product knowledge to maximize value and to deliver quality services.

6 months to 1 year of work experience in similar role

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially database structures in Microsoft Access

Prepare CF Modification documents, (technical writing) based on information available

Upon completion of the changes into the publications, check the contents for correct implementation, spelling and grammar

Generate databases & maintain records of incoming/outgoing correspondence related to the functioning of the department

Experience with MS Excel and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Maximo preferred)

Familiar with spare parts management

Skills, Abilities And Personal Suitability

2-5 years of related work experience is required.

Experience with RCA, RCM and FMECA methodologies

Experience with Predictive Maintenance technologies

· Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.

· Identify optimization opportunities, write ‘to-be’ process, and system requirements

•Hands on experience on feature/process level fit-gap analysis for the applications used in Ground/flight testing

•7-10 years of experience in Aerospace industry (Good to have)

•Prior experience of Bombardier/Airbus processes and tools is an added advantage

· “Bold and Can do” attitude, great problem-solving skills & proactive to take first step toward resolutions

Operational practices of Program Management;

Principles and practices of management and supervision;

Negotiates, develops, monitors, and administers a variety of contracts and agreements; and

Performs other duties as tasked by the Executive Vice President/President.

Principles and practices of lean manufacturing.

Principles and practices of “just in time” logistics; and

Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

Attend quarterly Registration Management Committee meetings (Americas Aerospace Quality Group)

Can reside in Canada or US and work remotely from home.

Required over 7 years of experience with GHG standards (CARB, GHG Protocol, ISO-14064, TCFD, CDP)

The incumbent is required to be a certified Aerospace Industry Experienced Lead auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards under OASIS.

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment

Experience in designing, building, or testing spacecraft or other aerospace systems

Strong knowledge of space exploration technologies and industry standards

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
