Interpret Product Qualification Requirements based on regulatory standards and system specifications.

Minimum 4 years’ experience writing qualification/hardware verification test plans, test procedures, and test reports

Experience developing Hardware Certification test plans, executing test procedures, generating formal reports, including failure/issue resolution.

Hands-on experience with Computer Networking (TCP/IP/CISCO), BER Testers, Routers, Switches, LabVIEW, TestStand

Ensure plant performs enough internal burst builds to prepare for passing customer Run at Rate as quoted or better.

Perform Launch Readiness audits, identify open issues and get them closed to ensure successful launch.

Experience in AWS server management;

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

Experience: Ideally 1 to 5 years in manufacturing tests for electronic products;

Knowledge of TestStand (National Instruments);

Experience in pre-functional and functional tests strategy;

Resourceful, proactive, great adaptability, good communication skills;

Expert knowledge and technical skills in manufacturing processes

Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing related fields

Extensive relevant experience in manufacturing engineering

Master’s Degree or advanced professional certification

Lean Expert and Blackbelt certifications

Lead technical support for disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of aircraft products

Design and develop cost-effective turnkey automated test solutions for production, service and PCBA supplies, based on the requirements set by organization.

Minimum 3 years experience with designing, integrating and troubleshooting automated test systems

Hands on experience in pneumatic fixture’s design and debugging

Basic knowledge in designing and developing test software

Demonstrated analytical and problem –solving skills

Excellent communication skills and a proactive and open approach to conflict resolution.

Experience with RF test design experience, for cellular, GPS, and other bands is an asset

Experience with gas detection test development is an asset

Data acquisition and analysis experience using databases is an asset

Advanced knowledge of best practices in sales and/or account management

Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent professional designation in relevant discipline

Minimum 8 years of combined business development and technical advisory experience in the relevant sector/area of responsibility

Strong technical knowledge of supply chains acquired through direct business activity within the advanced technology and manufacturing sector

Experience supporting global business development teams in the Indo-Pacific region

Well-developed and deep global professional network and strong technical and business knowledge acquired through directly relevant business activity

Interface with design engineering, production, and our customers to align requirements for certification of our products.

Knowledge of IPC-620/610, Experience with PCBA testing, handling ESD-sensitive materials

Manage changes and new processes from engineering or corrective actions, ensuring best practices are implemented across all teams

2+ years experience with high-tech assembly, testing, calibration (eg. optical systems, electronics, robotics)

Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume manufacturing, electro-mechanical assemblies.

Strong backgroud in electrical systems. Experience with inspection and measurement tools (micrometer, gauges, multimeter, oscilloscope), soldering and connector assembly, wiring.

Demonstrate Project Management, Continuous Improvement Methods (Six Sigma), Lean Principles for test equipment qualification.

Requires a significant high level of proven effectiveness with initiative, self-direction, self-motivated, and cross-functional teaming, and leadership experience is preferred.

Establishes requirements for highly complex test design projects and may lead a team responsible for establishing requirements.

Defines requirements for and may design complex new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of complex problems.

Bilingual Requirement Must be fluent in French Canadian and English
