Job Description


Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)


  • Plan, direct and coordinate all manufacturing processes in industrial plant
  • Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
  • Ensure ME of program deliverables, consist of application and execution of standard
  • Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
  • Utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication process, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, quality control, standards, analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
  • Update MU/CU of each footprint and study suitable value steam flow for improve competitiveness
  • Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials or parts and evaluates products according to specifying engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing production processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments on activities ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe, also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied
  • Support and work with CI team on manufacturing practices and improvements (AMS, BBP, MU/CU) to drive operational excellence and waste elimination
  • Footprint optimization and trial all new program launches for the FOAM in Thailand
  • Design and implement competitive, efficient and safe manufacturing processes able to deliver the highest standards

  • To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.
  • Follow & no violation on the safety rule, WI, Procedure.
  • Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, Wear proper PPE


Qualifications (Education, Skills, And Experiences)


  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing
  • Be able to use AutoCAD, 2D, solid work 3D will be a plus
  • Work in manufacturing environments at least 3 years
  • Know QS 9000/lATF16949 quality system and all packs
  • Knowledge on value stream mapping and Roll throughput yield
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Manufacturing, Technologies, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or relate
  • Good command of reading, writing, speaking English
  • Excellent in office application software, Words, PowerPoint, Excels
  • Knowledge of takt time, line balancing method
