Assess and build on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences and resources

Medication monitoring and education; support with medication routines; completion of Medication Reconciliation procedure

Ensure effective communication with manager, staff team, and external treatment teams concerning clients’ progress and care

Experience working in a residence setting

Knowledge of computerized documentation methods

What you'll be making - $22.33 - $25.71 per hour, rate based on proof of comparable, previous experience

One year of work experience in the mental health and addiction field

Providing medical consultation to educators regarding issues such as medication management for individual students;

Apply knowledge of nursing process, as it relates to scope of practice, to achieve identified client goals.

Direct clinical experience in providing mental health and/or addictions services for children and youth;

Knowledge of the mental health and addictions service system for children and youth;

Solid knowledge of health care related legislation and practices;

Assessment and care planning skills;
