Support Finance in the development of Canadian Branch P&C-2 filings and financial statement disclosures under IFRS 17.

3 to 8 years working experience in non-life reserving or pricing in the reinsurance field, or related actuarial experience.

Review all on-boarding documents to gain knowledge of the web-based case management system and business requirements

Test the case management tool to ensure it correctly captures identified business requirements

Apply test cases within the case management tool to confirm its functionality

Test and verify the successful integration of the case management tool with other identified software, applications, and databases

Support response to requests for related information regarding the case management tool

4 years experience (in the last 5 years) providing Software User Acceptance Testing services

(Nice to have) Project management qualification/certification

(In depth knowledge) Pre and post settlement support related to account opening, confirmation, cash management, margin, and collateralization.

(Nice to have) Change management experience

Must have strong time management and organization skills

(Proven examples of) Leading projects within Fixed Income operations and understanding project life cycle management

The ideal candidate will have both Work Experience in Fixed Income Operations & Industry Testing experience.

1-2 year of P&C experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Continuous development of technical knowledge of modelling, coding, visualization and analytical tool use

Proactively share knowledge across the teams

Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including critical thinking with strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of statistical tools / languages such as R, Python, SAS

Excellent written communication skills along with the ability to present results of analysis to a non-technical audience

Strong experience as a Point of Sale (POS) Tester

Knowledge of eCommerce and retail domain

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency with APTOS Version 1 testing

Job Title: Point of Sale (POS) Tester

Analyse business impact of potential initiatives or pricing changes. Prepare presentations or exhibit to the relevant stakeholders, underwriters and senior management.

Review loss experience of the commercial business and prepare rate reviews for various segments

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

1 to 3 years of P&C actuarial experience

Proficient in programming, with experiences in SAS, Access, and VBA a plus

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Math, or Statistics, Risk Management, or equivalent program - in healthy academic standing;

Provide stewardship services globally related to Munich Re’s actuarial modelling and experience analysis software;

Excellent communication skills - spoken & written, formal/informal presentation;

Strong knowledge of CIA Standards of Practice and regulatory requirements.

Support Finance for explanation of monthly drivers and quarterly regulatory reporting.

Minimum of 3 years Property and Casualty experience in an analytical position, preferably in reserving.

Good knowledge of actuarial reserving and insurance company operations and products.

Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting recommendations to various audiences.

Efficient at using Microsoft applications. ResQ experience an asset.

Hands on experience in defect Life cycle management

Experience on validating infotainment modules like USB, Bluetooth , AM/FM..etc

Experience in Automotive Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, GMLAN and UDS

QA – Testing for Android Auto & CarPlay projections testing.

Good to have scripting languages like CAPL/Perl/Python

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Coordinate, manage and monitor activities related to system maintenance

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)

Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation

Document defects when actual results do not meet expected results

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
