Partner with the Customer Technical support team to manage customer questions and escalate to management for more complex inquiries as needed

2+ years experience in Web Application testing

B.Sc. Degree in Science: toxicology (2-5 years experience)

Prior experience in multiple channel types (i.e. grocery, mass merchandiser)

Experience analyzing data and sales information to effectively deliver on sales strategy

Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint -- prior exposure to retail reporting software packages are an asset
