We are looking for a sales associate, also known as a ‘Mobile Advisor’ who is a brand ambassador for The Mobile Shop. They have a passion for wireless sales, delivering a high level of customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Actively approach customers within the store to drive traffic to the location
• Provide customers with superior knowledge of all product lines and services available
• Work in partnership with Sales Managers and team members to maximize store sales
• Complete weekly coaching logs and be receptive to feedback
• Be available to work flexible schedules
• Provide any customer with outstanding ongoing support
• Establish trusting relationships with customers
• Be a team player
