Virtual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a remote entry-level position based in Canada.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with product and service changes
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
