Videographer Jobs

We are Teens Learn to Drive, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of teen drivers, passengers, and pedestrians through education that helps them make better driving decisions. We create videos, images, and social media campaigns to help spread our message. Currently, we are looking for our team for this summer. Learn more about us at https://teenslearntodrive.com/

As a videographer here at TL2D it is your job to plan video shoots. This includes location scouting, video ideas, storyboards, and call sheets. We ask that videographers bring their own equipment. By the end of the work term, you will have a portfolio of work to show.

During the work term, you will also help bring our #Everydayheroes campaign to life. This includes filming the #Everydayheroes campaign PSA. You will also have the chance to film other videos throughout the summer.

This role involves working with a group of fellow creatives as well as working on your own. We will come together as a group for meetings to discuss the progress and new ideas then work on our portions of the task to bring it to life. By the end of the work term, you will have a portfolio of work.

With this role, you will also act as a mentor to our Vision Zero Ambassadors. As well as help come up with promotional ideas for our next round of Ambassadors. You will also create Assets that will be used at our 2023 VZYN Conference.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Creating shot lists
• Being a guest on the TL2D podcast
• Location scouting.
• Storyboarding videos
• Breaking down scripts for filming

Successful candidates will be a post-secondary student that is comfortable on camera. They should have their own equipment and access to programs. All filming will be done in Mississauga or the GTA.
