Key Responsibilities

• Shape the definition of products and features by synthesizing and communicating applicable insights
• Uncover novel insights about employer's users - research scientists in preclinical drug discovery
• Lead complex research projects using diverse methodologies and analysis methods
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in product design, management, customer success, engineering, marketing, and science
• Build infrastructure to democratize the generation and sharing of research insights across teams

Requirements

• Background in biology, with experience in laboratory settings or academia
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Understanding of research methods and their application in product development
• Experience promoting user research within a growing organization
• 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher on products with complex subject matter
• Ability to independently organize and execute research projects
