Job Description
Our client is compliant with all the regulations outlined by the RCDSO & CDHO guidelines and protocols recommended by the Ontario Ministry of Health.


Position/Job requirement


  • 1 year + experience in Dental Receptionist
  • Curve Dental software (preferred)


Job Overview


  • Hygiene coordinating duties shared with other team members
  • Accurately maintain charts and patient records
  • Send confirmation of appointments via email and telephone and make follow-up calls/emails
  • Must be team player and be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Greet and screen patients in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Treatment coordinating asset
  • Make a great first impression ideally creating long term loyal patient relationships
  • Schedule/confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person
  • Make sure front desk counter, waiting room and reception area are clean, tidy and sanitized between each patient
  • Deal with couriers and labs etc.
  • Keep track of supplies and order supplies as needed
  • Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically
  • Sanitizing counters between patients and screening patients
  • Receive and distribute mail, enter and scan payments and referral documents


Hours


  • Wed: 10-7
  • Fri: 8-4
  • Thurs:10-7 (Don Mills & Eglinton Location)
  • Mon: 9:30-6 or 10-7 or 11-7


Location:


  • Don Mills & Eglinton Location (free parking)
  • Yonge/Summerhill (Parking on Walker or Summerhill)


Compensation


  • $25-30 (TBD) depending on experience and performance
