Your Impact

As a Technical Team lead you will successfully lead the development and launch of the company's most complex and critical systems based on business strategy. Our team will look at you for technical guidance and mentorship. You will also play a critical role in establishing technical standards and driving our overall technical architecture and engineering practices. You will understand all technical components of our product at a system level and how they interact with other product components. You will collaborate with product managers, UX, QA and DevOps to improve our systems capabilities and provide technical feasibility, specifications, and estimates for project-level work, and prevent future technical issues while you are comfortable to work with code. Your will also collaborate across different pods to deliver new functionality to the highest standards and within deadlines.
