  • Be responsible for advancing and following up on prerequisites, including the application needs of various groups, technical needs for DevOps tools, and backend needs
  • Participate in various Squad ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Retro, Stakeholders, Partners, etc.)
  • Providing feedback to digital experts on the behaviour of features in order to plan/prioritize future updates
  • Organize and lead weekly meetings with contributing teams
  • Prioritize defects and bugs (Prod anomalies) and participate in triage meetings
  • Prepare and facilitate feature meetings, e.g. kick-off, demos, UAT, etc.
  • Be responsible for the squads’ backlog and for their health and organization: well-formulated US, clearly defined acceptance criteria, correct positioning/prioritizing, correct tags and organization (US under the right epic/feature, etc.)
  • Explain and simplify the technical portions of the development ecosystem and DevOps tools for LOBs
  • Align with technical teams as needed for integration with other Bank systems
  • Upstream: Challenge contributors to facilitate the kick-off/grooming
  • Create and update tasks in the Jira board
  • Updating the detailed information on features to give support teams the correct information
  • Articulate business and technical needs by developing user stories (US) for each feature and validating/following up with digital experts, LOBs and requesting projects
  • Coordinate US planning and approval by digital experts, LOB, UX, UI and Content (writer and translator) during UAT. The Business PO is invited to the meetings but does not validate UATs.
  • Assist cross-sector DEV teams, support teams and QA teams in clarifying business needs during the development of technical stories (TS)
  • Monitoring client comments/feedback, usage statistics, KPIs
  • Documenting the feature to assist clients
  • Provide visibility on new features and bugs that are put in Prod during rollout meetings, including:
  • Work closely with the Architect, PM and Scrum Master/Delivery Manager in supporting the DEV Lead when signing off on features
  • Upstream: Align business needs and prerequisites with the Architect and Analyst (models, content, etc.)
  • Understand the business needs of digital experts, lines of business (LOBs) and requesting projects

Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Collaboration (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Jenkins, Harness, ArgoCD, UrbanCode Deploy, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Developer environments
  • Nexus, Artifactory, etc.
  • SonarQube, SmartBear, JetBrains, etc.
  • Ability to propose constructive and permanent solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (for dealing with English-speaking partners outside Quebec)
  • Solid experience in continuous, end-to-end monitoring
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.)
  • Dev-related tools (GitHub and GitHub Actions)
  • DevOps tool environments
