We are currently seeking a talented System Administrator with expertise in O365 and Google platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with users of varying computer experience levels and will handle questions in a respectful and compassionate manner.


Responsibilities:

1.Holistic System Setup:Lead the deployment and configuration of hardware and software components within O365 and Google environments, guaranteeing a smooth operational foundation.

2.Azure Proficiency:Demonstrate your expertise with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune, driving innovation and efficiency in our cloud-based ecosystem.

3.IDP Implementation:Utilize your hands-on experience to seamlessly integrate IDP providers such as OKTA, Azure, and DUO, enhancing our security landscape.

4.Diagnostic Expertise:Employ your technical prowess to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.

5.Repairing or Replacing Damaged Hardware:Maintain the integrity of physical components and replace as needed.

6.Strategic Upgrades:Facilitate software compatibility by orchestrating system upgrades that align with evolving technology landscapes.

7.Virtualization:Leverage your familiarity with server hardware and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) to optimize resource allocation.

8.Network Acumen:Showcase your comprehensive understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless connectivity.

9.Cloud Fluency:Utilize your experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to unlock the potential of cloud-based solutions.

10.Security Implementation:Strengthen our network integrity by leading the installation and upgrading of anti-virus software and robust security systems.

11.Cybersecurity Proficiency:Apply your knowledge of best practices for configuring firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems to safeguard our digital assets.

12.Proactive Security Measures:Ensure system resilience by proactively executing regular patching and updates to address potential vulnerabilities.

13.Network Infrastructure Curator:Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our network infrastructure, encompassing routers, switches, and wireless access points. Desire experience with Fortinet and Ubiquiti UniFi.

14.Performance Optimization:Conduct thorough assessments of software and hardware, driving optimal system performance.

15.Client-Centric Support:Provide top-tier assistance to both internal and external clients, including MSP partners and students, across various communication channels.

16.Efficient Multitasking:Manage multiple tasks adeptly and prioritize effectively in a dynamic IT environment.

17.Collaborative Catalyst:Foster cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams and departments to synergize efforts.

18.Exemplary Customer Service:Display unwavering patience and empathy in all customer interactions, reflecting our commitment to service excellence.

19.Tier 1 and 2 Support Excellence:Respond promptly to client inquiries through support lines and ticketing systems, exceeding Tier 1 expectations.

20.Website Maintenance:Contribute to the upkeep and management of websites, ensuring our digital presence remains engaging and current.

21.Security-Centric Approach:Approach technical challenges with a steadfast focus on security, safeguarding our systems and data.

22.Thorough Documentation:Methodically organize and document resolutions and processes, enhancing knowledge sharing within the team.

23.Escalation Leadership:Identify and escalate complex issues beyond Tier 1 and 2 support, collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely solutions.

24.Strategic Alignment:Collaborate closely with Operations Managers to align IT efforts with overarching company goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing O365 and Google platforms.

·Strong knowledge of O365 and Google administration, including security and compliance.

·Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·Certifications in O365 and Google administration are a plus.
