System Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager 4

Leader Name: Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing | Technology, Digital & Innovation

As ATB's next Strategic Sourcing Coordinator for Strategic Sourcing - Technology, Digital and Innovation (TDI), you are responsible for executing technology contract renewal and amendment requests from business units. Also, you are responsible for the end-to-end source-to-contract procurement processes for third-parties of low and medium criticality to ATB in line with risk management best practices to drive overall value from contract, supported by the Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Technical Accountabilities

• Support public procurement processes within a competitive environment
• Responsible for end-to-end contracting process of renewals and amendments
• Support continuous improvement efforts for the execution of source-to-contract initiatives
• Collect data on sourcing strategies and perform evaluations on third parties
• Resolve sourcing issues, including contractual terms and conditions, third-party escalations, and escalations from business areas
• Advise business units on tactical contracts to determine direction and approval
• Responsible for the entire end-to-end renewal management of technology contracts with oversight from Strategic Sourcing Manager(s)

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Preferred 2-4 years experience in contract management and strategic sourcing (executing or leading)
• Trained skills in third-party governance, stakeholder management, data interpretation and communication
• Competency in operating reporting and document management
• Intermediate negotiation skills and attention-to-detail balanced with strategic approach and view

Interpersonal Skills

• Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• A team-oriented attitude with an eagerness to learn and to both seek knowledge and understanding
• A self-starter who executes with accountability and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Certifications

• A designation or enrollment in a Contract Management or Supply Chain Management program (such as IACCM, SCMA, CSCMP, ISM, APICS)
• University degree or post-secondary education in Business or any relevant degree
