Alstar is currently looking for Stainless B-Pressure Rig Welders for our Spooling department.
Job Summary:

• Read, understand and follow all Safe Work Practices and Procedures for machinery and equipment
• Welding and Fitting of piping components
• Safety, Quality and Production
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Follow existing work standards and look for further improvements

Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Rig welder experience is a minimum requirement
• CSTS-09/20, or CSO
• Certified Journeyman along with Alberta B-Pressure certificate
• Provide rollers,stands and tools to complete fabrication tasks
• STT/RMD, Metalcore and Tig experience would be an asset
• Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and weld symbols

Working Conditions:

• Primarily inside work, outside work may be required
• You will work in a large manufacturing facility with other trades present
