About The Role

CrowdStrike’s HR technology team is searching for an individual with a broad set of Workday experience and skills across integrations and functional areas. This hands-on role will initially focus on building out top-tier solutions for our payroll team. Responsibilities will include reviewing and updating security, developing new integrations, and maintaining existing PECI and Workday Studio applications. The role will be responsible for auditing data for the Workday integration to ADP. The role will also be the primary point of contact for requests from the payroll team; excellent customer service will be a big factor in your success. There will be opportunities to review and deploy new programs within time tracking and absence management.

This is an exciting space as we work through several transformational projects in coordination with our global payroll team. You will also have the ability to oversee and implement innovative changes across our entire integrations catalog.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  • Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones.
  • Evaluate incoming technical requests from stakeholders across the company and provide creative solutions.
  • Analyze Workday business processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflow.
  • Develop reports, manage security updates, and evaluate new features with each Workday release.
  • Perform data loads and data audits.

What You’ll Need

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative technical solutions.
  • Workday Studio experience with strong XSLT skills.
  • Technical and functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of integration technologies
  • Functional knowledge of payroll operations, integration processes, and testing procedures.
  • Experience managing and maintaining global payroll integrations including PICOF or PECI.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday benefits, absence management, and time tracking.
  • Report development experience with a background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields.

  • Competitive vacation and flexible working arrangements
