Agile Project Management experience is preferred (Agile Certification is desired)

Experience with Jira Project Management Software is an asset

3+ years of Extend, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements

Workday technical workstream project experience

Minimum 3 years of consulting experience

Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience

Programming experience with JSON, REST API’s and web services

Strong project management with SAP systems implementation knowledge & skills

Collaborate with application owners to proactively manage and document the application stack

Develop or revise development migration approach as requirements arise

Manage and develop a high performing work force – both employees and contractors

Demonstrated experience in Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI/PO, and Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience driving SAP Platform strategy and support for a large company running a multinational SAP solution

Experience with D365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Production, Manufacturing, Projects, Reporting, and Data Engineering an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience

Several years of experience in Azure IPaaS/Power Platform development (Logic Apps/Function Apps) with a thorough understanding of the Azure Cloud Environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

MS Certifications – Azure Power Platform / Azure Developer an asset

Functional knowledge of Workday benefits, absence management, and time tracking.

Technical and functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of integration technologies

Workday Studio experience with strong XSLT skills.

Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones.

Develop reports, manage security updates, and evaluate new features with each Workday release.

Experience managing and maintaining global payroll integrations including PICOF or PECI.

Experience with JIRA or use and configuration of Salesforce for Case Management or similar application an asset

Workday Studio experience and/or Workday Pro Certification(s) an asset

3+ Years of HRIS configuration and custom reporting/calculated field experience required (Workday experience preferred)

Experience with large global organization and able to implement solutions under tight timelines and prioritize work effectively to deliver successfully

Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism within data privacy standards

Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) an asset

5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in product management building a B2B SaaS product

Strong technical skillset to work alongside our partners and define technical requirements for engineering based on Partner API documentation

Experience working with tools such as Postman for API testing

Experience with productboard or other tools for prioritising and building roadmaps

Strong communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders

Experience in financial services industry and HR project management

Contribute to the on-going design and enhancement of the HR solution in Workday to reflect RBC HR strategy and requirements

Identify gaps between business requirements and Workday functionality and recommend solutions

2-3 years of Workday configuration experience across one or more domains (Learning, Core HCM, Talent etc.)

Workday certification in one or more modules

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Identify project risk, plan mitigation, and work with product owners to manage project scope

Communication skills. You know how to listen and relay empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives.

Experience providing and consuming data from APIs

Advanced T-SQL knowledge (preferably with SQL Server 2014+)

Proven experience in backend development of large-scale applications using C#/.Net

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in order to investigate, root cause and resolve issues in a timely manner
