Senior Business And Configuration Analyst Jobs

Experience gathering requirements for projects.

Work closely with the Project Manager to define and execute agreed upon Business Analyst deliverables and scope for assigned projects.

Organize and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with project stakeholders, team members, and end users.

Develop business requirements documentation such as User Stories and Use Cases.

Functional knowledge of Workday benefits, absence management, and time tracking.

Technical and functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of integration technologies

Workday Studio experience with strong XSLT skills.

Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones.

Develop reports, manage security updates, and evaluate new features with each Workday release.

Experience managing and maintaining global payroll integrations including PICOF or PECI.

Leadership and Influence of management, stakeholders, and team

Management and Presentation of meetings, workshops, and other events

You will be required to take regulatory and business requirements and translate these into functional technical requirements

8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial services industries

Strong systems knowledge in SQL

Deep capital markets product knowledge

Present findings and control deficiencies to management

Manage the remediation of the outstanding deficiencies

Monitor, manage and communicate on a quarterly basis the control framework and perform the required follow-ups

Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills

§ Minimum 3 years’ experience in public accounting

§ Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Work directly with functional business groups to define requirements

Create detailed requirement documentation as well as systems models, diagrams and charts to provide guidance for the application development team

Knowledge of agile systems development, business intelligence and analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

You may have knowledge and experience using configuration tools for 3rd party software.

Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and reviewed with all impacted stakeholders. This includes the creation of Use Case documents.

Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements and translate into clear requirements.
