Sr. Field Service Engineer

Must be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time within Fort Mac and Edmonton area.
Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Be the face of Honeywell to with end-users, peers, and competitors in a conference setting. Learn end-to-end product and solution development and delivery of Honeywell products and solutions. Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings.
Key Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot existing code like CL, Control builder etc.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell EPKS/TDC DCS equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance of controls systems
• Maintain FTE network & windows domain
• Maintain ELCN/EHPM / EUCN network
• Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems (OPC)
• Maintain Virtual infrastructure- Honeywell Control System
• Perform On Process Migration of EPKS servers & C300 controllers
• Provide power on support of new and existing installations including grounding checks and proper application
• Site Support, software configuration, and delivery of Migration Projects

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years professional experience Honeywell DCS, Controls, PC/Networking and Field Process field.
• Minimum 7 years Honeywell DCS Experience preferably within the Service organization or,

• Knowledge on TDC-3000, TPS, Virtualization, EHPM, ESTVT, EST and FDM system

• Honeywell EPKS/OPM/ TPS Certification L3 or above
