About The Team

Workday provides a complete set of cloud spend management solutions that help you streamline operations and control indirect spend.

We are looking for a proven leader with Product Management experience to lead teams of passionate Product Managers for our Spend Management applications which includes all procurement, inventory, expenses and strategic sourcing solutions sold to the office of the CFO.

About The Role

We are looking for a proven leader with Product Management experience to lead teams of passionate Product Managers for our Spend Management applications which includes all procurement, inventory, expenses and strategic sourcing solutions sold to the office of the CFO.

You will develop and lead the product organization to identify, specify, and prioritize roadmap through direct partnership with customers, operators, designers, developers, and your knowledge of the domains. Working closely with engineering leaders, you will execute and deliver on the product roadmaps.

You are passionate about always making the user experience positive and unwilling to allow product challenges to impact users negatively. This role has responsibility for Workday’s Spend Management products which includes influencing the strategy, defining the roadmap, and planning for its execution.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years Product Management experience
• 5+ years guiding and inspiring a team of 5-10 people
• Basic knowledge of procurement, sourcing, inventory and expense management.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience supporting teams in different time zones highly desired
• Experience with Workday is highly desired
• Experience with Supply Chain solutions is highly desired
