Acumatica is hiring a Software Developer Performance testing for our Platform, performance and customization team in Belgrade, Serbia!

Responsibilities include:

• Visual analysis of data using dashboards and logs (Kibana, Elasticsearch).
• Identifying performance problems (incidents) and excessive resource consumption (CPU, SQL, Memory).
• Planning tests to eliminate performance degradation in new product versions (evaluation of the most important scenarios, load profiles, necessary metrics, structure of the test database).
• Developing ways to run tests on replicas of real databases, taking customizations into account, developing approaches to load testing, and developing approaches to performance analysis based on regression testing data.
• Analyzing the activity of several hundred thousand users and thousands of websites where the ERP system is deployed using telemetry system.
• Developing and maintaining a framework for running performance tests, automatic processing of results to reliably determine the presence of performance degradation (warm-up runs, ensuring the stability and reproducibility of test runs, equipment calibration, statistical processing of results).

Desired Skills:

• C# developer, MSSQL.
• Logging systems, preferably serilog.
• Visual data analysis, preferably Kibana.
• Use of Performance Profiler, Memory profiler.
• AWS, Azure.
• Interest in performance optimization.
• Knowledge of statistics, statistical distributions, and hypothesis testing.
