Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking several skilled and dedicated SMT Machine Operators to join a globally known electronic manufacturing company in Markham, ON. As an SMT Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient production of high-quality electronic components. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines to meet production targets and quality standards. This is a weekend position working Friday-Sunday. If you have previous experience as an SMT Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment apply today!


  • Shifts: 6:00am- 6:30pm | Fridays to Sundays
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-Time | long term
  • Location: Markham, Main intersection: Roderick Road & Highway 7
  • Pay: $20.00/hour

Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:


  • Hand Placement of SMT Component
  • Perform Short Strips and Loose Part Verification
  • Identify hardware components with good fastening techniques
  • Operate the scale, tape and reel counter, vacuum sealer machine


Machine Operator Job Qualification:


  • Able to stand for 6-8 hours per day
  • Familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines and their operation.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
  • Previous experience as an SMT Machine Operator is preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Electron-mechanical manufacturing experience preferred
