Who We Are Looking For

Our Skilled Labour Team will be expected to perform tasks that require a more experienced skillset. From using tools to working closely with trades and subcontractors, our Skilled Labor Team will be handling more delicate and/or more complex duties.

Qualifications + Attributes

• Good work ethic and attitude
• A general understanding of drawings, and reading plans, and the ability to measure out materials accurately
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye to identify issues or problems before they arise
• Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, heavy-duty machinery, and equipment
• Willingness and ability to perform the required tasks (lifting, carrying, moving materials up to 50lbs.)
• A desire to build and grow your career within a well-established organization

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Completing a punch list at the end of a project.
• Attending safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations to better understand the safety aspect of each site.
• Using tools, power tools, or machinery to work and perform on-site duties. Operating machinery as needed to assist with the task on hand.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Measuring and cutting materials as needed, helping with hands-on installations, performing spot checks and deficiency checks on finished sections of the construction site.
• Working with the site superintendent and deficiency manager to receive and complete tasks as required.
