We are seeking a talented, versatile, and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to integrate, scale, manage, and maintain the systems within internal and customer environments.

In this key role, we’ll look to you to ensure operational excellence in streamlining our business processes using the latest automation technology.
What you'll do:
- Developing and deploying tools and processes to strengthen our operational footprint
- Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized and proactive
- Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
- Identifying repeatable tasks that can be automated to save time and money through Continuous Improvement
- Work in a Scrum-based, Agile development process
- Work with various orchestration technologies and platforms such as Ansible, Ansible Tower/AWX, Terraform, and Puppet
- Maintaining technical procedures, administrative processes, and configuration guidelines
- Assist with user acceptance testing
- Responding to operational tasks and system alerts, escalating as required
- Attend and participate in Scrum meetings
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features
- Integrating Business Applications to share data between systems
- Write scripts and automation using Python, Bash, Perl, or Powershell
What you need to succeed:
Must-have:
- 3+ years’ experience with private and public Cloud technologies
- Experience with Ansible Tower/AWX, Terraform, and Puppet
- After-hours and On-call rotation availability
- 5+ years’ experience in Infrastructure Management including a focus on customer service and complex technical assistance
- Experience with support ticketing systems and monitoring systems
- Certifications in ITILv3 or v4
- Experience with ScienceLogic or equivalent monitoring system
- Experience in integrating systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Scrum Framework
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with Agile Software Deployment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration / development
- Experience n a Managed Service Provider environment
- Certified AWS DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator, or Developer
- Certified Azure Administrator or DevOps Solutions
