Understanding large-scale Java applications, database architectures, application monitoring and fault management.

You have a University Degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes.

You are experienced in Core Java Object Oriented programming and understand essential Enterprise Integration Patterns.

You have experience in application support and maintenance of Java/JEE applications.

You have good knowledge of REST APIs.

Act as a client liaison to maintain successful, productive relationships ensuring effective communication and project management

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related role including experience managing and executing assessment and remediation projects

Previous experience in a consulting environment

Service-oriented and the ability to multi-task with strong written and verbal communication skills

A working knowledge of Alberta’s regulatory framework

Preference given to individuals with knowledge of BC's framework

Minimum 10 years of experience with capital project execution & management, business case development, and continuous improvement preferably in CPG company.

Cross-functional program and/or project management experience

Provide coaching to sites and Americas CI Managers, Plant Managers and Functional Directors.

Experience in the manufacturing environment both with packaging and processing systems.

Experience with managing engineering projects.

Experience in working with external consultants.

Minimum Qualifications (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

Updates CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with effective work plans to ensure they are descriptive and per manufacturers recommendations.

Must have the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Plan and always operate with safety in mind.

Uses data to analyze equipment performance.

Identifies required improvement projects, gains alignment, and plan / coordinates their implementation.

Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Extracts payment information (e.g., amounts, caps, limits, backup requirements) from clinical site payment documents and populates machine readable payment system template

Ensures finance activities are completed within timelines as per service level agreements

Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership

Proven ability to mentor others by instructing and developing capabilities

Experience working within a technical or engineering organization with knowledge of the high-technology industry considered an asset.

Assist in long-term strategic planning to ensure server capacity meets current and future requirements.

1-3 years experience in Software Development/DevOps/SRE or a similar role.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.

Experience with Powershell, Python, SQL, and Linux-based systems.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Experience in performance tuning complex infrastructure solutions; knowledge of performance and monitoring tools will be an asset

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience working in a team environment

Provides technical consulting on capabilities and limitations of network and security technologies

A degree or equivalent education in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business Computing, Engineering, or Commerce

Minimum 7 years experience designing, integrating, and implementing end to end infrastructure, network and security solutions in a large organization

Proven skills in designing and deploying multi-platform solutions
