Shipping And Receiving Supervisor

Pizza Pizza is seeking an experienced Night Shift Shipper and Receiving Supervisor to play a key role in our organization. You and your team will be making sure our food products and other items are being delivered to our 700 + restaurants across Canada who need to serve our amazing existing and future customers! Benefits:

Wage is $24.00 per hour (44) + possible monthly bonus up to $200.00 + overtime

Health Benefits after 6 months (company pays 80% and team member pays 20%)

2 weeks paid vacation

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage 6 - 10 team members

Accurately select customer orders, pack onto skids for shipping.

Wrap skids

Load and unload trucks

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.

Perform all other tasks/duties as required.

Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices.

Record shortages and reject damaged goods.

FULL TIME night is 11:00 pm –8:00 am (Mon to Fri or Tues to Sat) TBD

Skills:

Good communication and listening skills.

Must be able to read and write English

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to lift 50 – 60 lbs.

Is a team player and result oriented

Forklift experience and active license a must

Working Conditions:

Working in and out of Coolers and Freezer.

Good personal hygiene is expected and jewelry is not permitted.

Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work.

You are required to have certified safety boots and a valid forklift license

Driving - 75%

Prolonged Sitting - 30% Prolonged Standing/Walking - 45%

Pushing, Pulling, Lifting (60 lbs.) - 15%

Finger-Hand Manipulation (e.g. 10-key, typing) - 15%

This is not a remote position, you will be required to work out of the Toronto warehouse located at 500 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5E5.
