Set-up priorities in all departments, making sure workflow is steady at all times.Set-up outside services whenever necessary, and make sure they’re on schedule.Company safety.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and workflow throughout the shop.
Ensure that jobs/products are shipped on time.
Ensure that all supervisors and/or department leads are enforcing all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines during night shift(s).
Make sure that all departments are working on the right jobs according to customer due dates.
Communicate all production, quality and safety related issues to supervisors and other shift leads as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communications skills.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a leader or manager with atleast 20 direct reports. Preferably in PCB industry.
Must have basic mathematical and reasoning ability.
