Summary Of The Role

• SHE-Q Coordinator working at Guelph, On
• Full-time contract (12 months)

Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards across all projects
• Maintaining external training records and keeping records up to date
• Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types
• Research necessary safety councils or training locations for new project training or site access
• Schedule required client’s site-specific training for all employees entering a client worksite.
• Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
• Send out appropriate pre-course information to participants
• Site specific document management within online scheduling vendor and uploading necessary information into the Mammoet Academy system

What You’ll Need

• English, fluent proficient verbal and written
• Associate degree or diploma in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
• Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite.
