Attention L Service Coordinators!
We have one full-time PERMANENT position with great salary and benefits after probationary period.
Our client is a custom engineered and manufactured machinery that has presence across North America and rapidly
growing.
Salary Starting from $60,000 to $67,000 + Great benefits after probation period
Straight morning shift 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Do you have strong attention to detail and know how to monitor and respond client requisitions?
Do you have previous experience in a coordination role between clients and service departments?
Do you have experience reading drawings and blue-prints?
Do you have great computer and customer service skills, have done management orders and tracking of parts and inventory?
Are you a great communicator and know how to work independently and within a team?
Do you have experience in shipping/receiving ?
Do you go always an extra mile to provide great customer service support?
Have you worked previously with manufacturing parts, and are you mechanically inclined?
This position as a Service and Parts Coordinator opened up because the increase of demand and growth with the company.
The Service and Spare Parts Coordinator’s role is to process incoming requests for service and spare parts, determine actual service and material required, arrange for machining or purchasing of requested material and coordinate service on site as well as packaging and shipping of requested material.
This position is also responsible for invoicing of service and spare parts orders as well as maintaining filing cabinets with backup documentation.
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar position

Responsibilities
What you will be doing!
  • Oversee packaging of material, shipping documentation and shipping arrangements
  • Process orders in JobBoss software: obtain vendor quotes and ensure service and parts are sold at a designated margin
  • Take ownership of customer issues and determine exact replacement parts and/or service needed (coordinate with engineering department as necessary)
  • Create quotes to customers, obtain purchase orders from customers, and send order acknowledgements
  • Keep accurate and complete records by documenting customer service actions,
  • Monitor and respond to electronic and verbal requisitions
  • Arrange for in-house machining or outsource material by issuing Purchase Orders
  • Invoice for material shipped and service provided
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in online shipping software of all major couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx)
  • Very Quality oriented
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, knowledge in purchasing an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, order processing software
  • High school diploma required. College diploma in mechanical engineering is an asset.
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings produced in AutoCAD / Solid Works
  • MUST have experience in some service parts coordination between clients and technicians
  • Proficiency in LTL Bill of Lading, Customs Documentation, CUSMA
  • Critical thinking, strategic leadership, organized, accurate with attention to detail
  • Experience reading drawings and blue-prints
