Job Description

Torcan Lift Equipment is a Canadian owned and operated equipment Rental Company with a fleet of over 2,400 pieces of equipment. Torcan Lift has been providing its customers with quality aerial lift and material handling equipment in and around the Greater Toronto Area since 1999. Opening its second location in the Cambridge area in 2019. As one of the fasting growing lift companies around, we continue to pride ourselves on our commitment to our customer satisfaction and care.


Torcan Lift Equipment is seeking to hire a full time, permanent parts/service coordinator. Our team is looking for a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and excel in their career!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain parts inventory.
  • Ensure technicians parts ordered and allocated to proper equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide estimates to customers for repairs and service on customer owned equipment.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Provide mechanics with service work orders for shop billable repairs.
  • Receive all incoming goods verifying quantities and quality received against information showing on vendor's packing slips.
  • Enter work orders for internal machines, allocate parts to specific work orders.
  • Monitor and track outstanding parts orders.

Key Qualifications :

  • Very strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency/ previous experience with Texada would be an asset
  • Self-directed, independent and a team player with strong initiative
  • Customer service experience would be an seet
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
