Description Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Are you a passionate recruitment professional looking to join a valued client of ours in Edmonton? In this role you will be taking the lead of the organizations full cycle recruitment process including budgeting, strategy, and proactively keeping the pipeline full. Your success will be defined by your ability to: Create a recruitment strategy to fill open roles and keep a full pipeline Work collaboratively with the Marketing team for consistent recruitment branding Maintain and update recruitment report tracking Assign requisitions to Human Resources team members Building relationships with hiring manager's to ensure their needs are being met Create templates and all recruitment tools Create and post job ads Pre-screen, interview (virtual and in-person), reference checks, and work with hiring manager's to create offers Maintain third party agency relationships Your strengths include: 5 + years in full cycle recruitment and strong understanding of recruitment best practices Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources Management is preferred Creativity and innovation for sourcing candidates Exceptional customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of MS Office Suite, and HRIS systems
