You have:

• Test planning principles, automated testing tools, skills, techniques and methods (e.g. test-first development, keyword-driven testing,data-driven testing, CRUD testing)
• Creating and executing complex SQL queries and manipulating test data experience
• Testing integration solutions that utilize various platforms, including web services and queuing/messaging technologies
• Python, Java, JSON, Postman, API, JavaScript frameworks, Amazon Redshift, openSource technologies or Cloud/AWS technologies (e.g. EC2, S3 or Kafka), Postgres or NoSQL
• Data Warehouse (DW) testing experience
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT solutions
• A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible systems testing experience in a senior technical capacity
• Effective interpersonal skills with a desire to promote information sharing, collaboration and teamwork
• CI/CD pipeline using Version Control (Github) and Create defects and track them for closure on JIRA
• Advanced knowledge of:

Nice to have:

• Breadth of knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies (i.e. Agile)
• Certification, or working towards certification in software testing and/or quality assurance

What you will do:

• Participate as a test lead with the deployment of system and/or subsystem enhancements and fixes to test, production and client environments
• Ensuring data integrity between systems
• Lead the investigation, diagnosis, and triaging of reported platform incidents and problems
• Test, analyze, fix and/or report back data validation issues discovered in the ETL processes
• Write high-quality and well-documented automated/manual/data test suites and scripts following team standards and create and maintain technical documentation
• Coach and mentor junior staff for career development and learning opportunities; and
• Research technologies, systems and products to meet the functional and performance testing needs of the Systems Quality Assurance team
• Test prototypes or proof-of-concept efforts, as needed, to ensure applicable quality attributes are met
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to design and lead the implementation of test scripts, strategies, functions and frameworks
• Provide scheduled on-call testing support for production systems and high priority business processes that rely on production systems
