Senior Manager, E-Commerce Jobs

The Senior Manager, E-Commerce, will play a strategical role by leading the E-Commerce department and positioning our brands according to the market trends to help us achieve our business objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Country Manager, the Senior Manager, E-Commerce will have a strategic vision and leadership skills to propose, plan and execute the department and team’s activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on E-Commerce professional interested in building a high-performance department and implementing the latest practices.

• This a 16-month contract position with possibility of a permanent role at the end***

Responsibilities:

• Prepare advertising plans, strategies, and budgets for all E-Commerce platforms (including Amazon, marketplace accounts, and brand website on Shopify).
• Develop and maintain product pages and sales forecasts, manage the customer service relationship, and monitor seller ratings.
• Articulate the key needs of Amazon back to the broader business unit and organization.
• Plan and manage the execution of Amazon sponsored products campaigns and Amazon promotions.
• Provide direction, manage, motivate, and coach the E-Commerce team.
• Provide Sales forecast all E-commerce channels/ platforms.
• Lead and manage the E-Commerce and marketing activities for the portfolio of brands on Amazon and other key marketplace accounts.
• Identify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars.
• Serve as a key contact for all Amazon-related activity and lead daily operations of the Amazon business to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the delivery of all Amazon / marketplaces targets.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a similar field is required.
• Demonstrable experience with E-Commerce websites.
• Experience with the Amazon E-Commerce platform & Shopify is required.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing E-Commerce revenues via Amazon in an Omni-channel business model.
• 5 years of E-Commerce experience.

• A team player with the ability to work successfully across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical skills related to a Shopify website and consumers’ performance.
• Ability to link site design and features to strategic objectives and the ability to use the data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and all their programs.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate across various organizational levels.
