Senior Hardware Designer

Our customer is a High-Tech leading company that provides security worldwide for over 30 years with global sales in over 65 countries.

The company is in process of upgrading its products to latest technologies in areas of Ethernet, cloud servers, applications Video and more. Qualifications :

• At least 10 years of experience in Hardware electronic design.

• Designing of analog circuits (AC or DC Power supplies, current sensing, protection), with power circuits (AC-DC, DC-DC, Charging).

• Designing Digital circuits design (MCU based, communication).

• Knowledge in the following Video processing, displays, Audio processing, industrial controllers or PCB design (advantage).

• Understanding of communication protocols.

• MCU basic software skills.

• Cost sensitive in circuits designs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in managing teams (advantage).

• Must be able to communicate properly in English with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities :

• Perform requirement analysis, concept creation, prototype building and schematics component selection, proof of concept.

• Design, validate, test, evaluate performance and transfer electronic circuits to production.

• Supervise the PCB layout process.

• Document the design related aspects.

• Support the software development team on the hardware related tasks.

• Support the legacy products in terms of production.

• Communicate relevant information and progress to superiors.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for changes.
