Salesforce Qa Lead Jobs

We are hiring a QA Lead, who will oversee testing of Salesforce projects. (Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud) Multiple projects involve Salesforce products, developing, maintaining, and supporting through the work of Agile squads.

Job Details

• 6 month contract with extensions available
• Pacific Time Zone Work Hours
• Primarily remote unless you live in Greater Vancouver, BC, once a month requested onsite.

Leadership

• Monitor effectiveness, support needs, and assist with development
• Take on the responsibility of overseeing the QA testers that work on Salesforce projects
• Communicate about release windows and schedules, and coordinate integration testing from outside projects that may affect Salesforce squads
• Understand risks and opportunities in Salesforce projects, as they relate to testing and quality

Testing

• Participate on an Agile team, responsible for non-project changes related to Salesforce products, including upgrades, bug fixes and change requests
• Collaborate with PM, BA and Dev to ensure goals are accomplished
• Responsibilities would include planning, executing, and reporting on test results and overall quality related to the work of their squad

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Experience with leadership and supervision
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Strong experience executing tests, particularly on Salesforce products
• Experience coordinating project schedules, and releases
• Experience with developing and maintaining test plans and test scenarios
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and IS concepts
• Understand how to identify, mitigate, and communicate both project and product risks
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
