About This Team
The Digital Marketing – Retention and Lifecycle team is responsible for the success, growth and innovation of triggered automated and retargeting marketing campaigns in the email and push notification channels. This function is responsible for developing, supporting and scaling of all email and push campaigns, as well as owning the daily maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Responsible for iteratively improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and daily processes, troubleshooting and resolving production issues to comply with established internal SLAs
  • Own email and push subscriber audience lists and manage data hygiene of all data extension within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Design, build and execute data-driven retargeting and automated marketing campaigns, ensuring the successful delivery of these initiatives, through technical mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform hands-on technical development for feature enhancements and projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud using SQL, AMPScript, JavaScipt, Server-side Javascript, HTML, CSS, SOAP/REST APIs, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio and Journey Builder
Qualifications
  • Solid hands-on experience (2+ years) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Building, Query Studio, AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
  • Min 2-year diploma in relevant field, 4-year bachelors preferred
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of Retention Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Deep understanding, experience and ability to troubleshoot and resolve email and push notification issues
