Sales Manager, Kitchener Jobs

Our client is a global leader and the largest electrical distributor in Canada.

Based in Kitchener, Ontario, the Sales Manager, Kitchener will report to the Director, Sales - Ontario, and will have responsibility for the Kitchener branch, leading a total sales team of 5+ (inside and outside sales).

The mandate will be to effectively manage the branch and Kitchener-Waterloo region to drive profitable growth, while also working collaboratively to develop and execute strategic plans that realize the growth agenda for the branch and region.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience in a related and similarly complex industry, ideally with B2B experience in industrial and/or commercial markets, where they have successfully delivered superior business results
• Bachelors Degree/College Diploma
• Identifies growth opportunities and builds strong relationships in a competitive marketplace with a focus on addressing untapped market potential and penetrating new market segments
• Develops, inspires and motivates high performance teams while building community internally and externally, creating an organization that is collaborative, cohesive, proactive and energized
