Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience – every time.
• Maintain awareness of industry competitors and best practices; provide insight on trends and future strategies for long term growth.
• Communicate effectively with all internal team members.
• Manage leads, quotes and sales process to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and execute strategies, tactics and details of a comprehensive sales plan.
• Provide expertise and oversight to the inventory management process and liaise with internal team members and customers to ensure priorities are met.
• Foster and build long standing relationships with new and existing customers to maximize profitably, and grow sales.
• Be an advocate for health and safety within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Brings a solid understanding of the industry, competitors, products and services.
• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role function and industry.
• Demonstrated ability with understanding of roads, roadways, municipalities and local government bodies.
• Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred but not required.
