Sales Engineer Jobs

We are working with our partner to provide a Sales Engineer to power their business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
• Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
• Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

Qualifications

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to create strong relationships with senior executives
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an understandable manner
• Experience and success selling complex enterprise solutions

This is a permanent role in the Ottawa market, the successful candidate is expected to reside in the National Capital Region.
