JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Development Program is an opportunity for recent graduates to complete a comprehensive program that is designed to prepare you for an Account Manager position in our extensive network. The program will take you through four core areas of our business including warehousing, counter sales, inside and outside sales training.


We are currently looking for Sales Trainees based out of the following regions:


Greater Toronto Area


SouthWest Ontario


NorthEast Ontario


Northern Ontario

Must Haves and Nice to Haves


  • Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
  • Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Completion of College Diploma or University Degree
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
