We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Stride Capital team at Servus in our office in Calgary.


Reporting to the Vice President Business Development, our Stride Leasing Sales Coordinator plays an important role in growing our company, is a self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment.


As the Stride Leasing Sale Coordinator of documentation, you will perform and provide a variety of roles in supporting the Stride Account Managers. Mainly assisting the sales team by submitted credit package to credit and documentation requests, creating t-values, TruePic auditing, aspire data entry, insurance follow up and documentation back-up. To be successful in this role, you should have a team player personality, be able to assist each Account Manager’s administrative needs, and have excellent prioritization and time management skills.


More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Credit:


  • Reviewing transaction information to prepare credit submissions including application, credit write up, quotes, employment verification and financial statements to establish a credit profile sufficient to let the credit team make an informed credit decision.
  • Reading and understanding personal and commercial credit reports, research, and analyze collateral value and secondary market to understand each lease submission.
  • Developing and building credit packages from start to finish. With information and data obtained by each Account Manager.
  • Working alongside the documentation team to get deals documented and funded.


Accountability / Time Management


  • Maintaining professional, courteous, and polite interactions with the team and customers always.
  • Understanding of Stride Capital products and offer the best assistance for the team’s administrative needs.
  • Accurately and timely completion of credit packages and submissions request
  • Developing and presenting professional credit packages and other administrative reports needed.
  • Delivering on your planned objectives in supporting each Account Manager


Communication / Teamwork:


  • Ability to work well in a tea
  • Ability to interpret and understand contractual language.


Requirements


To qualify, you'll need at least the following:


Experience:


  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong detail orientated.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Being attentive, strong listening skills, and able to follow instructions and take feedback.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity, energy, and a positive customer and quality focus with ability to work within a team environment.
  • Professional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, and/or administrative environment, is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with a solution driven attitude.


Education and Training:


  • High School Diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled or graduated BA/BS degree in Business Administration. (Finance, Accounting, International Business, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred).
